Today when I got home from work, Griffin was on the porch making chalk art. He excitedly came down to meet me, and we had this conversation:
Griffin: mommy! Mommy! I was drawing!
Me: you drew? That sounds so fun!
Griffin: *pause* no, I'm Griffin. *points to Drew* THAT'S Drew.
Me: *laughing my butt off* yes, you're exactly right.
A minute later...
Griffin: and YOU'RE Jessica.
